there own emotions skillfully there can be a productive and interconnected workplace. Problems
get solved on the fly without becoming a roadblock and become inspiration and productive solutions.
•Emotional Connection: When an employee becomes angry or resentful at another employee
or management there is contraction and communication and productivity halts for that employee. Every time you have an employee
hiding out in silent emotional resistance your business losses time, money and creative drive. When one can work with and
release emotions in a skillful way communication and productive workflow resume. When someone is open and communicating
there is the capacity for pure potential.
•Contemplative
mindfulness practice: The art of contemplative mindfulness practice can create many benefits for employees and
management including but not limited to; thinking clearer, better concentration, ability to stay
on task, more creative potential and the ability to listen more skillfully. A clear mind has more
potential than a mind that is cluttered and restless, bouncing from one thing to the next. This
is a very natural practice and is simple which means it can be learned quickly.
•Working
as a team: There is an old saying that two minds are better than one, imagine what can happen
when there are many minds all working for a better product and the pride of a company, interconnected as one
unit. Through exercises and dialog there can be a more unified, cohesive work flow.
